Athletic Greens – One of the few diet supplements I will ever recommend. These helped get my gut health back on track and my anxiety in check. I still take them every day. Also, most people are wildly deficient in LOTS of key nutrients, many that contribute to anxiety and feeling like shit. Athletic Greens covers all your bases.
Evernote – This is my brain dumpster for catching all the good and bad ideas that pop into my head.
Notecards – These 3×5 notecards from Amazon changed my life. I fill one out every night and carry it around with me during the day. They help me prioritize my life and minimize distractions. Easy. Effective. Awesome.
Other Awesome Things I Enjoy
Kombucha – I love this shit. The first time I tried it I was hooked. It filled a fizzy void I never knew I had from giving up soda and binge drinking. GT’s is the brand I drink most often (found in most grocery stores, including Wal-Mart), but I also love me some local booch.
Born Fitness – Honest and easy to follow health and nutrition advice. Highly recommend reading this blog if you’re just getting into exercise. Adam Bornstein makes fitness fun and not-so-scary. Also, his recipes are pretty bomb.
