Hi, my name is Jason Gutierrez. I live with my fiancé and Chow Chow, Lexi, in the suburbs of Asheville, NC.

Habits are the foundation on which our lives are built. Plus, adopting better habits rescued me from an anxiety-stricken hell, so they have a special place in my heart.
